The thermal cycler also features, Precision Thermal Control, rapid heating and cooling of the precision-machined sample block by six independently temperature-controlled Peltier modules. A sophisticated algorithm program calculates sample temperature and triggers heating and cooling accordingly, minimizing over and under shooting.
