Reconstitute to one litre with water to give the following concentrations,

  • 1.4M NaCl
  • 0.02M KCl
  • 0.05M Na2HPO4
  • 0.02M KH 2PO4
  • pH 7.4 @25oC
  • Store @ 4oC
